SALSICCE CON VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g salsicce
1 cavolfiore
2 patate
1 cipolla
burro
Noce moscata
sale

Cuocere il cavolfiore per 10 minuti in acqua bollente salata; lessare le patate per 40 minuti e tagliarle a fette. Soffriggere la cipolla tritata in una padella con il burro, unire le verdure, un po' di Noce moscata e salare. Cuocere le salsicce spellate e a pezzi per 10 minuti, unirle alle verdure, lasciar insaporire e servire ben caldo.
