SCALOPPE AL LATTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fettine di noce di vitello
50 g burro
1/2 l latte
farina
sale
Pepe

Battere le fettine di carne con il batticarne, infarinarle e farle rosolare nel burro.

Quando saranno dorate da entrambi i lati, salare, pepare e unire il latte.

Far cuocere lentamente fino a che la salsa si sarà addensata e servire.
