SCALOPPINE DI POLLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 petti pollo
2 cucchiai farina
20 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
2 foglie Salvia
4 cetriolini sott'aceto
Brandy
brodo
sale

Dividere a metà i petti di pollo, mondarli, batterli ed infarinarli. Far soffriggere in una padella il burro con l'olio, adagiarvi i filetti di pollo, farli rosolare, salarli, girarli, versare il Brandy, farlo evaporare, aggiungere la Salvia, i cetriolini e un mestolo di brodo, far cuocere per circa 10 minuti e servire.
