SPEZZATINO AL LATTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g spezzatino di vitello
2 uova
pangrattato
60 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
1 bicchiere latte
sale
Pepe

Sbattere le uova in una Terrina con il sale, immergervi lo spezzatino e passarlo nel pangrattato. Far sciogliere in una padella il burro con l'olio, adagiarvi la carne e farla dorare da ogni lato. Bagnare con il latte, salare, pepare, far cuocere coperto a fuoco basso per circa un'ora e servire caldo.
