SPEZZATINO DI POLLO ALLA BIRRA

spezzatino_pollo_Birra Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pollo a pezzi
1 dado
40 g burro
2 cipolle affettate
2 carote
farina
1 foglia Alloro
1 spicchio aglio
2 patate
3/4 l Birra
2 cucchiai olio
1/2 bicchiere panna liquida
Pepe
sale

Imbiondire le cipolle con olio e burro, unire il pollo infarinato e rosolare per 15'. Unire le verdure sminuzzate, l'aglio tritato, sale, Pepe, dado sbriciolato e Alloro e far dorare. Bagnare con 1/2 dose di Birra e portare a cottura unendo, poca alla volta, la rimanente Birra. Unire la panna e bollire per 10'.
