VITELLO MARINATO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 fettine magatello
1 uovo
pangrattato
1 limone
aglio
cipolla
sedano
prezzemolo
Basilico
Senape
olio
burro

Far marinare le fettine di carne con olio, succo di limone e un trito di prezzemolo, Basilico, aglio, cipolla e sedano.

Dopo 2 ore sgocciolarle, spalmarle con un velo di Senape, passarle nell'uovo sbattuto e nel pangrattato, friggerle in burro caldo e servire.
