VITELLO ALLA PAPRIKA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g polpa di vitello a cubetti
3 cipolle
2 peperoni verdi
50 g lardo tritato
50 g burro
1 cucchiaio Paprika dolce
1 l brodo
2 bicchieri vino rosso asciutto
1/2 tazza panna acida
sale
Pepe

Sciogliere il burro e il lardo tritato, rosolarvi le cipolle affettate, unire la Paprika, quindi i cubetti di carne e i peperoni a listarelle. Mescolare e unire poco alla volta il brodo caldo. Versare il vino, salare, pepare e coprire. Cuocere a fuoco dolce per 50' e infine unire la panna acida.
