BACCALA` ALLA PANNA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g baccalà ammollato
farina
1/2 cipolla
1/2 l latte
1/4 l panna liquida
prezzemolo
burro
olio
sale

Diliscate il baccalà, fatelo a pezzi regolari e friggetelo velocemente, infarinato, in olio bollente. Scolatelo e mettetelo in una pirofila unta di burro. Soffriggete la cipolla tritata in 25 g. di burro, bagnatela col latte e fatela bollire moderatamente 10'. Versate il prezzemolo tritato sul baccalà, insieme alla cipolla. Cuocete in forno caldo a 200o circa 40'. Bagnatelo con la panna a metà cottura e servitelo caldo.
