BRANZINO UBRIACO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg branzino
200 g cipolle
sedano
2 spicchi aglio
timo
prezzemolo
Basilico
vino bianco
Brandy
1 limone
olio
sale
Pepe

Pulire accuratamente il branzino. Farlo rosolare per alcuni minuti nell'olio, unire le verdure e gli aromi tritati e bagnare con 1 bicchiere di vino e far cuocere a fuoco moderato per circa 30 minuti.

Quasi a cottura ultimata spuzzare il pesce con il Brandy e mettere sopra le fettine di limone.
