COZZE GRATINATE

Cozze_gratinate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg Cozze
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
1 pezzetto cipolla tritata finemente
Pepe
1 mazzetto prezzemolo
2 spicchi aglio
4 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaino aceto
pangrattato
sale

Far aprire le Cozze su fuoco vivo con il vino, la cipolla e il Pepe. Sgocciolarle, staccarne la valva vuota e disporle in una teglia. Cospargerle con il prezzemolo e l'aglio tritati, con il pangrattato, sale e Pepe. Irrorare con l'olio emulsionato con l'aceto e far gratinare in forno per qualche minuto.
