FILETTI DI PLATESSA ALLE MANDORLE

Ingredienti:

Per 4:

8 filetti di platessa
60 g burro
60 g panna fresca
80 g mandorle
40 g farina
sale
Pepe

Sbollentate le mandorle, spellatele e tagliatele a filetti sottili. Infarinate i filetti e fateli rosolare in una padella con il burro a fiamma vivace. Salate e pepate, unite le mandorle e dopo qualche minuto la panna fresca. Rigirate i filetti un paio di volte, toglieteli e adagiateli sopra un piatto da portata preriscaldato. Addensate la salsina e versatela sui filetti.
