FRITTELLE DI MERLUZZO

frittelle_merluzzo Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g filetti di merluzzo
2 uova
100 g farina
1/2 bustina lievito in polvere
4 cucchiai latte
olio
sale
Pepe

Scongelare il pesce e spezzettarlo. Battere le uova con sale e Pepe, unire la farina setacciata, il lievito e il latte Mescolare alla pastella il merluzzo sbriciolato e far riposare per 10'. Scaldare l'olio e friggervi il merluzzo a cucchiaiate. Quando le frittelle saranno ben dorate, passarle su un foglio di carta assorbente e servirle ben calde con spicchi di limone.
