GAMBERETTI ALLE MELE

Ingredienti: 2 conf.di gamberetti sgusciati Findus, 2 mele renette, 4 carote, 200 g.di sedano, 4 cucchiai di Maionese, sale.

Sbucciate le mele,tagliatele a dadini e ponetele nel frullatore insieme alle carote e al sedano finemente tritati e alla Maionese. Fate cuocere i gamberi in poca acqua leggermente salata,dopo di che sgusciateli e, ancora tiepidi,copriteli con la salsa preparata.
