LAVARELLI AL FORNO

Lavare, eviscerare, asciugare, salare e infarinare 4 lavarelli di 200 g di peso cadauno.

Disporli in una pirofila da forno, già imburrata, cospargerli con 2 cucchiaiate di formaggio stagionato grattugiato e condire con un pizzico di Salvia tritata e poco Pepe nero.

Bagnarli con 60 g.di burro fuso e il succo di 1 limone.

Coprire il tutto con carta argentata e passare la pirofila al forno già a 200'per 20 minuti. Servirli ben caldi.
