PESCE AL BASILICO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4filetti di merluzzo
2 spicchi aglio
sale
Pepe
foglie Basilico
2 cucchiai prezzemolo
succo di limone
4-5 cucchiai olio
4 cucchiai pangrattato

Ungete bene il fondo in uno stampo per sformati e copritelo di foglie di Basilico. Mescolate l'olio con le Spezie, passatevi dentro i filetti e disponeteli nello stampo. Cospargeteli di pangrattato e cuocete in forno per 30 minuti.
