PESCE SPADA AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 trance pesce spadadi circa 150 g ciascuna
4 limoni
2 cucchiai olio
origano
Pepe
sale

Cuocete il pesce sulla graticola appena unta. Preparate a parte il sughetto con i limoni, l'olio d'oliva, l'origano, il Pepe e il sale. Mescolate gli ingredienti in un recipiente a bagno maria affinchè tutto sia ben amalgamato. Servite il pesce bagnandolo col sughetto.
