PESCE SPADA AL SALMORIGLIO

Dosi per 4:
4 fette pesce spada di 200 g. l'una
burro
prezzemolo
aglio
Rosmarino
succo di limone
olio
Pepe in grani
sale
Preparare il salmoriglio scaldando a bagnomaria due bicchieri di olio,con il succo di limone, aggiungendo aglio tagliato a fettine, Rosmarino, qualche fogliolina tagliuzzata di prezzemolo, sale e Pepe macinato al momento. Cuocere il pesce spada alla griglia e cospargerlo abbondantemente di salsa.
