PLATESSA ALLE ZUCCHINE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g filetti di platessa surgelati
800 g. di zucchine
2 cipolle
50 g burro
2 cucchiai olio
2 cucchiai latte
farina
sale
Pepe

In una casseruola con l'olio e il burro far cuocere per circa 30 minuti le zucchine lavate e tagliate a rondelle e le cipolle affettate. Salare, pepare e passare al frullatore con il latte. Infarinare i filetti di pesce scongelati, cuocerli nel burro da entrambi i lati; salarli, peparli, cospargerli con la salsa di zucchine e servire caldi.
