SARDE AL FORNO

Semplice: pulire e decapitare una degna dose di Sarde (per 4 persone, 500-700 g... A seconda degli appetiti!). In una teglia, far rosolare un po' d'aglio tritato in olio d'oliva, aggiungere Mezzo litro di passata di pomodoro, qualche foglia di Basilico, un generoso pizzico d'origano, salare e lasciar consumare per 20 minuti. Disporvi dentro le Sarde, in modo che stiano ben strette le une alle altre ed appena coperte dal sugo, e passare al forno, 120 gradi per 30-40 minuti.
