Spiacenti, ma non abbiamo ancora avuto tempo di riformattare anche questa!

SOGLIOLE AL BURRO
 
 
Dosi per 4: 4 sogliole surgelate Fin-
dus, 4 foglie di Salvia, burro, sale.
 
 
Far scongelare le sogliole, farle ro-
solare in padella con il burro fuso e
la Salvia, salare e portare a cottura.
 
Servire le sogliole calde, decorando
con le foglie di Salvia.
