SOGLIOLE CHIC

Un modo chic di fare le sogliole:

Sfilettare un sogliola ,infarinare e far dorare in un tegame con del burro. Bagnare con Brandy, sale, Pepe, prezzemolo e un po' di panna. Lasciare asciugare un po' e far gratinare in forno dopo aver sistemato i filetti in una teglia precedentemente inburrata.

Ah, dimenticavo: dopo la panna, anche un po' di funghi tritati. Spero di essere stato chiaro.
