2fettepesce spada fresco
1cucchiaio (raso)Capperisotto sale
1spicchioaglio
1cucchiaiopangrattato
Pepe
olio d'oliva
Sciacquare rapidamente i Capperi e tritarli finemente insieme con l'aglio, poi mescolare il trito con il pangrattato, Pepe ed una cucchiata d'olio; impanare le fette di spada con il composto, schiacciando bene, e cuocerlo in padella antiaderente.Provenienza: Roberto Piola 17/07/2010
