TROTE ALL'UNGHERESE

Lavare, sventrare,asciugare 4 trote, infarinarle e condirle con sale e Paprica dolce.

Friggerle nel burro da entrambi i lati e metterle sul piatto di portata contornandole con 500 g di patate lessate e affettate.

Cospargere il tutto con prezzemolo tritato e irrorare con 100 g di burro fuso. Passare al forno a calore tenue, fino al momento di servire.
