TROTELLE AL ROSMARINO

trotelle_Rosmarino Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 trote del peso di 200 gr l'una
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 rametto Rosmarino
1/2 bicchiere olio
sale
Pepe

Pulire le trote. Tritare prezzemolo e Rosmarino, salare, pepare e unire un cucchiaio di olio. Distribuire un po' di composto in ogni pesce. Disporre le trote, dopo averle ben unte, su una griglia calda, salarle, peparle e cuocerle da entrambe le parti per 10' circa, rivoltandole a metà cottura.
