UOVA ALLA CREMA

Dosi per 4:
4 uova
4 crostini di panefritti al burro
1/4 lpanna liquida
30gdi burro
parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Imburrare le coppette e porre in ognuna 1 crostino di pane fritto. Rompervi 1 uovo e mettere qualche pezzetto di burro,una spruzzatina di parmigiano e il sale. Coprire di panna. Allineare le coppette in una teglia con acqua calda che arrivi a metà altezza. Cuocere in forno caldo per 10 minuti.
