UOVA ALLA FRIULANA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette Asiago alte un dito
farina gialla
4 uova
burro
cipolla

Friggere nel burro le fette di formaggio passate prima nella farina. A parte preparare le uova al tegamino, e ancora a parte far appassire la cipolla tagliata ad anelli. Servire il formaggio con le uova e le cipolle.
