UOVA IN ROSSO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

40 g funghi secchi
burro
aglio
prezzemolo
sale
un po' vino bianco
4 uova
sugo di pomodoro
grana grattugiato

Cuocere per 20' i funghi secchi rinvenuti in acqua tiepida con burro, aglio e prezzemolo tritati, sale e vino. Suddividerli in 4 piccole pirofile, sgusciarvi sopra le uova, contornare con il sugo di pomodoro e grana grattugiato. Mettere in forno a 200oC per 8 minuti.
