SOUFFLE' DI TAGLIATELLE

Ingredienti: (dosi per 4)

g Tagliatelle
4 uova
4 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato
2 cucchiai farina
3/4 l latte
50 g burro
Noce moscata

Mettere in una casseruola una noce di burro, la farina, il latte, il parmigiano e i tuorli, mescolare e unire le chiare montate a neve. Cuocere le Tagliatelle al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirle con la salsa preparata, versarle in una pirofila imburrata, porre in forno caldo a 180 gradi per 15 minuti e servire.
