PANE ALLE OLIVE

Per 4 persone.

Impastare velocemente 400 g. di farina bianca con 15 g. di lievito, un pizzico di sale e tanta acqua quanto basta per ottenere un impasto morbido.

Unire una manciata di olive passate al frantoio oppure una manciata di olive sott'olio tritate grossolanamente.

Far lievitare finché appare qualche spaccatura in superficie. Cuocere per un'ora in forno già caldo a 200'.
