PIZZA AI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pasta per pizza
450 g cuori di carciofi
2 spicchi aglio
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
150 g emmenthal grattugiato
olio
sale

Scongelare la pasta. Cuocere per 10' i carciofi surgelati in 2 dl di acqua in ebollizione con 2 cucchiai di olio, l'aglio intero, la metà del prezzemolo e una presa di sale. Sgocciolarli e tagliarli a fettine. Stendere la pasta in una teglia unta, cospargerla con 2/3 dell'emmental, allinearvi le fette di carciofo, cospargerle con il prezzemolo e l'emmental rimasto, irrorare con olio e cuocere in forno a 230o per 20'.
