PIZZA RIPIENA

Ingredienti:
500gpasta per pizza
1Kgscarola
150gprovola affumicata
200gricotta
5--6Alici sot'olio
2spicchiaglio

Pepe
Lavare e sfogliare la scarola e cuocerla in acqua salata. Scolarla, strizzarla un po', tritarla grossolanamente e farla insaporire in un tegame con olio, aglio, sale e Pepe. Mescolare la scarola con la ricotta. Stendere la pasta per pizza, divisa in due: con una parte foderare una teglia unta, disporvi sopra la provola affettata, poi il ripieno di scarola e ricotta, indi le Acciughe. Coprire con il resto della pasta e cuocere in forno a 250' per 20--30 minuti.
