PIZZA RUSTICA

Ingredienti:

Pasta sfoglia:

200 g farina
100 g burro
Ripieno:
50 g spinaci
50 g cipolla
50 g prosciutto
1 scamorza
3 uova
un po' farina
parmigiano
1/5 l latte

Con la pasta foderare una teglia (solo il fondo e le pareti, non serve il coperchio). Mettere a strati: gli spinaci passati al burro, la cipolla imbiondita, il prosciutto a pezzetti, la scamorza e le uova battute con un po' di farina, parmigiano e latte. Passare al forno.
