PIZZA RUSTICA ALLA SCAMORZA E UOVA

Ingredienti:

Per 6--8 persone:

Pasta sfoglia:
150 g farina impastati con acqua e sale
100 g farina addizionali
150 g tra burro e margarina amalgamati insieme
Ripieno:
8--9 uova
4 scamorze asciutte
parmigiano
sale
prosciutto
Basilico

Preparare la sfoglia e farne due dischi; usare il primo per foderare una teglia da 26 cm; preparare il ripieno mescolando i vari ingredienti, riempire la torta, chiuderla con il secondo disco e cuocerla al forno.
