TORTA RUSTICA CON OLIVE E ACCIUGHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
300 g olive in salamoia
100 g filetti di Acciuga
6 cucchiai olio
Pepe

Sciacquare e tagliare a pezzettini le olive. Unirvi i filetti di Acciuga tagliati a pezzetti, irrorare con olio, pepare e mescolare. Coprire la pasta con il composto lasciando liberi i bordi. Arrotolare la pasta formando un cilindro e avvolgerlo su se stesso a spirale Ungere la teglia, disporvi la pasta ripiena, ungerla in superficie e cuocere in forno a 180o per 40'.
