BRODO DI VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 1 l:

2 porri afettati sottili
2 costole sedano con le foglie, tritate
2 cipolle affettate fini
4 carote medie, tritate
2 foglie cavolo tagliate
1 lattuga tagliata
4 ramoscelli prezzemolo tritati (anche i gambi)
1 cucchiaino timo
1 foglia Alloro
sale
1.5 l acqua

Mettere il tutto in una pentola e portare a bollore, schiumare, mettere il coperchio e lasciar sobbollire per 45 minuti; filtrare il tutto senza premere le verdure.
